MEAL PLANNING FOR BUSY DAYS When your calendar is packed with study, training and matches, planning your meals in advance can save time, reduce stress and keep your energy on track. Simple preparation like cooking extra portions, chopping veg ahead of time or planning snacks for the school bag can make a big difference. Focus on meals that are quick, balanced and nourishing like stir-fries, pasta with a protein source, wraps with chicken & salad. Having a go-to list of easy meals and snacks helps you avoid skipped meals or last-minute unhealthy options. Think of meal planning as setting yourself up to perform in the classroom and on the pitch. When time is short, a little preparation goes along way. Use a weekend day to plan the week ahead.
