HYDRATION
Staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to boost your energy, focus and
performance, yet it's often overlooked. Even mild dehydration can lead to
tiredness, poor concentration, headaches and slower recovery. Aim to sip
water consistently throughout the day, not just at training. Keep a bottle with
you during study and add a pinch of salt or electrolytes if you're training hard
or sweating a lot. A simple rule: if you're feeling sluggish or finding it hard to
concentrate, try drinking water first. Use a reusable water bottle, keep track
of how many refills throughout the day. Try have a certain amount drank by
12pm and other time stamps throughout the day.
