From Paper to Pitch HYDRATION Staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to boost your energy, focus and performance, yet it's often overlooked. Even mild dehydration can lead to tiredness, poor concentration, headaches and slower recovery. Aim to sip water consistently throughout the day, not just at training. Keep a bottle with you during study and add a pinch of salt or electrolytes if you're training hard or sweating a lot. A simple rule: if you're feeling sluggish or finding it hard to concentrate, try drinking water first. Use a reusable water bottle, keep track of how many refills throughout the day. Try have a certain amount drank by 12pm and other time stamps throughout the day. Aim to sip water consistently throughout the day, not just at training.
