PERSONAL GROWTH
You don't need a title to be a leader. Leadership is about how you carry
yourself, how you treat others, and the example you set both on and off
the pitch. Maybe you're the one lifting others with your energy at training,
or the one staying calm under pressure on match day.
This section is about helping you recognise the leader in yourself, even
if you don't always see it. Building your confidence, learning how to
communicate clearly, and being open to feedback are all part of growing
as a person and a player. College is the perfect time to stretch yourself,
try new roles, and reflect on what kind of teammate and leader you want
to be. And remember, the skills you develop now are ones you can bring
back to your club or county and carry with you long after football.
