MENTAL HEALTH & MINDSET Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical performance. College life brings new challenges, pressure to perform, homesickness, time demands and uncertainty about the future. So, it's vital to check in with yourself regularly. A strong mindset doesn't mean being positive all the time, it means developing self-awareness, resilience and knowing when to reach out for support. Simple habits like journaling, taking screen breaks, practicing gratitude or talking things through with a friend, coach or college counsellor can make a big difference.
