TIME & ENERGY MANAGEMENT Balancing college commitments, training, matches, social life and downtime can be challenging but learning to manage your time and energy effectively is key to thriving both on and off the pitch. Prioritise your weekly schedule by identifying your: • academic deadlines • training sessions • recovery needs • personal time Use tools like planners and digital calendars to stay organised to help reduce last-minute stress. Equally important is recognising when your energy levels are low and allowing yourself time to reset and recharge. Quality sleep, proper nutrition and active recovery are non-negotiables if you want to perform at your best. Remember, it's not just about doing more, it's about doing the right things at the right time to stay focused, healthy and resilient.
