COACH, FAMILY AND PEER SUPPORT
You don't have to juggle everything on your own, the people around you
can make all the difference. Coaches can offer flexibility, understanding and
encouragement during busy times, while family can support with routines,
meals or simply, bring a calm presence. Your teammates and friends get
what you're going through too. Sometimes just sharing how you feel or
having a laugh after training can ease the pressure. Don't be afraid to ask for
help, check in with others or lean on your support system.
