When you're constantly trying to give 100% in both school and sport,
burnout can creep in and it often shows up as exhaustion, loss of motivation,
low mood or feeling overwhelmed. It's a signal, not a weakness. Burnout
doesn't mean you're failing. It means you need to rest, reset and refocus.
Learning to recognise the signs early and take action whether it's speaking to
someone, adjusting your schedule or building in more recovery is a strength.
Your wellbeing matters just as much as your performance. You can't pour
from an empty cup, so protect your energy like you protect your game.
