PURPOSE Leinster GAA, gives leadership and direction to our members, clubs and counties, by providing the best possible supports and services to help develop and grow the organisation in the Province. We aim to do this by investing in coaching and games development, developing facilities, training and influencing people to create an environment that promotes and inspires mass participation in our games. VISION One Association, Our Games, in Your Community – Leinster GAA will work with our partner clubs and counties to create vibrant, active GAA communities across the Province through organisation and provision of Gaelic Games activities. MISSION By 2018, to have embedded Leinster GAA's place in the Association, by delivering on our development goals and be recognised for providing quality and meaningful supports and services to our members and units evidenced by increased activity, participation and performances on our playing fields STRATEGIC INITIATIVES GAMES DEVELOPMENT & REFEREEING FACILITIES MARKETING & PROMOTIONS OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIONS FINANCE STRATEGIC OUTCOMES Enhanced games programmes at child, youth and adult level to support increased participation Each county ground upgraded and developed to a high standard capable of enhancing our games To have the most dynamic social media provincial presence in the country Improved, effective management and governance structures in place at provincial, county and club level Improved financial governance at provincial, county and club level Better qualified coaches by achieving GAA Mandatory Coaching Standards for club and inter county team coaches Adequate fully functioning playing/training facilities in each county to support county team preparation, club activity and increase participation To be more proactive in highlighting and promoting the positive work done by Leinster GAA on and off the field Quality, well-trained people, (professional/volunteer) in place to lead and drive the association forward Increased revenue to grow investment in delivery of our strategy To have raised the performance and competitiveness of our Inter County competitions from Academy – Senior levels Safe, well-managed facilities in place to support our players, volunteers and encourage greater family participation at our games.
