NMH | 2024 16 Governance Nominations Committee The Nominations Committee provides the Board with recommendations in relation to the appointment of Governors and the appointment of members of the Executive Committee and other committees provided for under the Charter and Bye-laws and Regulations in line with succession planning and criteria.
