LGFA Match Official Pre-Match Warm up The LGFA Match Official Pre-Match Warm up should be completed before every game and can be utilised as part of a referee training session for on-field sessions. Focuses: Running, Sprinting and Change of Direction. Perform each exercise twice. The warmup takes under 10 minutes to complete. Warm up exercises: • Straight ahead Run • Forwards & Backwards Run • Slalom • Left/Right Lateral Push • Shuttle Run • Run to Sprint Transition • Long Curved Run • Shuffle turn into Sprint LGFA MATCH OFFICIAL INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAMME
