game. First of all, what's
the mood like in Armagh
following the quarter-final
loss to Cork?
The girls are very disappointed. In
many respects, they could have
won the match and that makes
it harder to take. When you train
all year and put in so much effort,
like many girls across the country,
it hurts for the season to end at
the quarter-final stage.
How big a factor was
Aimee Mackin's absence
through injury in Armagh's
defeat?
No doubt Aimee was a big loss, she
is Armagh's main scoring threat
and is a serious challenge for any
opposition. To lose a player of
Aimee's calibre is always going to
have an impact on the team.
