PWC fielded two teams in the competitive section of the event, and one team in the recreational blitz. The squad, featuring a host of inter- county stars, including Dublin's Niamh Hetherton, Meath's Aoibhín Cleary, Carlow's Maria Kinsella and Aimee Kelly from Laois, won every game en route to landing the silverware, with a comfortable victory over Boston Scientific in the Final. KILDARE Former Mayo footballer and All Star Diane O'Hora will take charge of Kildare in 2023. She has previously been involved with the Meath, Down, Longford and Roscommon inter-county set-ups. Diane will bring a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and energy to Kildare Ladies Football. LEITRIM Former Tyrone Minor and ex-Fermanagh Intermediate manager Jonny Garrity will take over Leitrim in 2023. Jonny has a wealth of managerial and coaching experience which, combined with his educational background and fitness qualifications, make him the ideal appointment. MEATH Davy Nelson is set to be appointed as the new manager of the Meath Senior Ladies footballers. He has won 10 Senior Football Championships in Meath, with six as a player and four as a manager with home club Navan O'Mahonys. He also won the Monaghan Senior Championship with Latton. MANAGER ANNOUNCEMENTS CLARE Clare LGFA ratified the appointment of Kildare native and former Louth Ladies Manager Wayne Freeman as the new Manager of the County's Adult Ladies Football team. It follows a recent call for applications to lead the Clare Ladies flagship Team. The Greatest Gift The Greatest Gift' video series has been funded by Sport Ireland Special Project funding and shines a light on the powerful and positive impact that parents and guardians can have as players make the journey from their fledgling steps as young girls to adult stars.
