Key decisions were progressed in relation to the network and the most effective procurement process for NMH @ Elm Park. 2020 culminated with the delivery of a high-level network design for the new building, produced by a leading network company that will inform the construction tender and serve as a very practical guide for the detailed network design that will be developed as the project progresses.
