On-going communication and support
This is an uncertain time with many challenges. Public health advice changes as
more is known about COVID-19 so the service will provide ongoing support and
communication to keep staff up to date.
We will provide support for staff who may be suffering from anxiety or stress e.g. may
have gone through traumatic events such as the serious illness or death of a relative
or friend, or be experiencing financial difficulties
During the COVID-19 period regular 'check in' with staff should be carried out by
management and/or the COVID-19 representative. Employees should raise any
concerns/issues or suggestions.
