SET UP:
• One attacker starts play out on the wing
about 45m out from goals
• All other attackers are spread out around
the pitch inside the 45m line
• All the defending team stand in a straight
line on opposite side to where play will
commence
• Defenders are not allowed move until
attacker on the wing kicks the ball to one
of the players on her team
• Defenders are out of position so
must communicate well to delay the
forward movement of the attack, deny
the attackers space to exploit and
